Customer service representatives are available over the telephone Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to either answer any questions you may have about our products or services, or direct your call to our affiliated engineers or technicians. Additionally, you may e-mail your question to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and your question will be answered promptly.
To all customers with approved customer accounts, Radios Inc. will extend NET 30 terms to an order of any size. Payment may be made by check or credit card, and we ask that all payments be made promptly. A customer may open a customer account with us by completing a credit application and making a one-time purchase of $2000 or more. Without a customer account, all orders require prepayment by check or credit card.
If your customer account is in arrears by more than 20 days, your account will be suspended and we will contact your accounting department directly. A finance charge in the amount of 1.4% monthly and 16.8% annually will be assessed on all delinquent accounts.
As part of our commitment to customer service, Radios Inc. will accept all returns under the following conditions. First, each return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number ("RMA"). The RMA can be obtained by calling our customer service department at 215-362-1899. Products not containing an RMA will be returned at the customer's expense. Second, the product must be in "as new" condition and invoiced within the past 3 months. Finally, a 15% restocking charge will be applied, based on the value of the product at the time sold. The restocking charge will be waived if the returned merchandise is accompanied by an order equivalent to one and a half times the value of the merchandise being returned.
As a courtesy to our customers, an order may be cancelled at any time. If the order has already been shipped, however, the customer will be charged for freight. Unless otherwise set forth in writing, no other penalty will be imposed.
Radios, Inc. requires its customers to purchase a development system along with the purchase of an individual or small volume of modules. This requirement enables our customers to properly evaluate and apply our products. Furthermore, use of our development system provides a known guideline to allow our engineers to better assist our customers with any questions or problems.
Unless a product is pre-certified, it is the customer's responsibility to obtain certification of the completed product to ensure FCC compliance.
